Christian is driven by a mission to make healthcare and education in the United States more equitable and accessible for all. As a seasoned professional with over 10 years of customer service, program management and process improvements. He has assisted companies and organizations with managing programs, improving processes, streamlining communication, securing partnerships, and solving complex problems.
Prior to Red Duke Strategies, Christian was a Program Specialist at the Smithsonian Institution and was responsible for managing fellowship programs, leading international partnership initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes as it relates to fellowships.
When Christian isn’t working, he is usually traveling, playing tennis, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. Christian earned a BA from Morgan State University, where he was a Fulbright-related Scholar and a recipient of the President Second Mile Award-- the highest honor awarded to a student. He also holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and Policy from the University of Kansas.
