Ernest Rotili
Project Manager & Director of IT
Ernest Rotili is a detail-oriented IT Generalist with 10+ years of experience working with vulnerable and underserved populations, including Veterans seeking mental healthcare, the homeless, persons with learning disabilities, and survivors of sexual assault. Always happy to take on and spearhead new initiatives, he has served in a number of roles ranging from IT Systems Administration to Human Resources Policy drafting.
Prior to Red Duke Strategies, Ernest served as the Senior Manager of Business Information Systems at Cohen Veterans Network, where he oversaw their day-to-day business tools as well as their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training and events.
Ernest received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
