Lindsay Livingston
VSO Project Manager
Lindsay is a Seasoned Military Spouse who has a passion for helping Veteran’s and their families with receiving the care that they need. As an Outreach Coordinator for The Stephen A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at VVSD in Oceanside CA, she advocated for the Military community getting access to high-quality mental health services. She also researched, developed, and implemented a plan to establish and build relationships with local and state government officials as part of enduring presence and delivery of service to post-9/11 veterans and family members in Oceanside, CA.
Lindsay has landed in Annapolis, MD; Rhode Island, Hawaii, San Diego and Maine as a Military Spouse and has made significant use of her time by hosting events that aided in building lasting relationships as a representative for the Cohen Veterans Network. She successfully started a new Mothers Support Group on Navy Base Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, when as a new Mother, she discovered there was not a successful way to ensure new mothers stationed away from family, felt welcomed and supported.
When Lindsay is taking a break from her work, you can find her running and hiking with her husband and 3 boys whenever they catch a sunny day in Maine!
